Grey Pinot

Crnko's grey pinot has its unique nobleness in each year due to the vintage rot. The ananas and grapefruit-like aroma is enriched and supplemented with the honey-like scent.
Rich alcohol with plenty of extracts will fascinate and persuade even those who do not know this sort. Grey pinot has a great potencial for the future among the wines. Grape-gathering in late October was made by 22 brix of sugar. High amount of noble mould was in grapes during the harvesting. After pressing, the wine grew ripe in the steel container, followed by the filtration process in wooden barrels in January. The wine was bottled in April and it gains its richness and unique taste after one year of growing ripe. Grey pinot is suitable to serve for special occasions.
